A reputation for honesty and integrity is an important asset and conducting business in compliance with both the spirit and letter of the laws and regulations that govern our operations builds trust and respect. This is essential for our success. 

To keep us on the path set by these values, the Company has developed a Code of Business Conduct containing the BWXT Standards as well as policies, procedures, and best-practice operating manuals. Our Code of Business Conduct describes the ethical standards that govern all of our business operations as a roadmap for conduct that upholds our standard of integrity. Our policies and procedures provide administrative, operational and compliance guidance and directives to support and govern the activities and operations of all Company employees. Our policies and procedures address specific areas, such as anti-corruption/anti-bribery and deliberate malpractice, and provide a system to detect and prevent violations. 

Potential violations of the BWXT Standards cannot be addressed if we are not aware of them. The BWXT Helpline was implemented to assist employees in reporting such concerns and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Individuals may report via telephone, internet and text, as well as anonymously, if preferred. I encourage you to use this resource and to discuss with your manager, compliance personnel, or any of the other available reporting paths if you are concerned that the BWXT Standards may have been violated or if you need guidance on compliance questions
